In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.282 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl has filed a petition before the court below on 13.12.2018 stating therein that she is major and as per her sweet will, has voluntarily performed marriage with the petitioner and they are leading conjugal life.

No.17429 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case no.282 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
