The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 05.08.2017 in Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No.170 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 , has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and rotting in jail since 05.08.2017 on accusation of recovery of about 10 Liters of country-made liquor .

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Lachho

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42894 of 2017(2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 Hari be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Katihar in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S.Case No.170 of 2017.
