JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 197 of 2018, arising out of Barauni P.S. Case No. 392 of 2017, for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Amardeep Kumar, who has been granted bail vide order dated 26.03.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 8853 of 2018. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2017.

Considering the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
