The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 228 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 188, 290 of Indian Penal Code and 30 (a), 37 (c) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and due to non-fulfillment of the illegal demands of the police, he has been falsely implicated in this case.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody since 16.04.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33457 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IInd Additional District & Session Judge- Cum- Excise-cumS.C.S.T.
