On 06.04.2015 when the matter was taken up, the case diary was available but since despite repeated call, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the application stood dismissed for nonprosecution. More than eight months after dismissal of this application for default, the restoration application being Cr. Misc. No. 55984 of 2015 came to be filed. Since the case diary was again called for and not received, the matter has been placed under the heading office notes.
The conduct of the petitioner as noted above disentitles him for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail.
