JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed a petition for issuance of rent receipt before the Circle Officer, Punpun on 29.08.2013 but the same has not been decided yet.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application in terms of the provisions under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 before the Circle Officer, Punpun within a period of three weeks from today and if such a petition is filed by the petitioner, the Circle Officer, Punpun
