JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.05.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15026 of 2015 to the extent that the husband name of the petitioner be read as Gopi Prasad Yadav in stead of Gopal Prasad Yadav. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the original petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the original petition. In view of the aforesaid, let husband name of the petitioner be read as 'Gopi Prasad Yadav' in stead of 'Gopal Prasad Yadav'.

The order dated 12.05.2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
