Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 129 of 2018 for offence under Sections 30(a), 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that she was apprehended only on suspicion. The country made liquor and foreign liquor was kept in one jarkin and plastic bag which was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. But from the hut like tea shop. Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2018.

Considering the totality of the fact and situation, let
