2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2011.
3. It appears from the order of learned Sessions Judge, Patna, passed in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 607 of 2016 that the petitioner had suppressed the fact of having earlier moved for anticipatory bail in A.B.P. No. 1020 of 2011 which was disposed of on 19.04.2011 and in that view of the matter the latter anticipatory bail petition has also been withdrawn.
4. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27272 of 2016 (4) dt.29-08-2016 consider the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner on its merits. The petition is dismissed with the observation that he should surrender and move for regular bail to be considered on its own merits and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
