2. The writ application has been filed by the petitioner for grant of first and second MACP w.e.f., 01.01.2009 and 16.10.2018 respectively with all consequential benefits in the light of the resolution vide memo no.7566 dated 14.07.2010 issued by the Finance Department, Bihar.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed representation before the Principal Secretary, Animal and Fishery Resources Department, Bihar, but no order has been

In this background, this Court hereby disposed off the present writ application, directing the Principal Secretary, Animal and Fishery Resources Department, Bihar (respondent No.1) to pass order on his representation which is Annexure-3 of the writ petition and also pass reasoned and speaking order in this matter within 90 days from the date of production of the order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off.
