The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and under section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S.

As per the prosecution case, six accused persons were apprehended and from their possession arms and 5.200 kg of Ganja were recovered. One of the apprehended accused disclosed the name of this petitioner as the person who fled away after seeing the police. Investigation is complete. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating materials were recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he has been made accused on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail petition of the petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail fundraising bail bond of Rs. 10,000- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 250/2021.
