2 A counter affidavit has been filed by the State stating that the services of petitioner's husband never having been regularized and he not being a permanent employee of the State, he was not entitled to any retiral dues.

4 In my view, unless that writ petition is decided, nothing further can be done in these proceedings. 5 Thus, these proceedings, in view of the counter affidavit, stands disposed of.
