ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2018 in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.21 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually he is not named in the FIR. Subsequently, on the self-confessional statement made before the police, the petitioner has been taken in to custody and the petitioner could not be prosecuted on the basis of the same.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner's name come on the selfconfessional statement made before the police, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33223 of 2018 (3) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.21 of 2018 on the condition that one of the bail will be his father.
