ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 307, 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
