From perusal of the office notes it appears that the writ application stood dismissed as against respondent nos. 5 and 6 for non compliance of the peremptory order dated 19.05.1998. The writ application has been filed to challenge the legality of the order dated 21.11.1995 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation (Headquarters) in Revision Case No. 55 of 1995 (Annexure-6). The revision application preferred by the petitioner was dismissed after hearing the writ petitioner (revisionist) and the private respondents.

In view of dismissal of the writ application as against
