The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.168 of 2016/G.R. No.336 of 2016 registered under Sections 342, 324, 307 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 4 of the POSCO Act, pending in the court of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.1627 of 2017 on merit. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43376 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
