This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26453 of 2022 by which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the period of surrender granted vide order dated 13.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. 26453 of 2022 may be extended for further two weeks on the ground that due to illness of the petitioner, he could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26085 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 In view of the submission, let the period of surrender be extended by further two weeks from the date of this order and accordingly, the order dated 13.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26453 of 2022 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
