Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she is languishing in jail since 29.04.2018 in connection with Sonbarsa Police Station Case No. 75/18 for the offences under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent and she has remained in custody for more than one month let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
