JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498(A), 363, 365 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the informant that on 22.05.2013 the informant was informed by one Shanker Pandit that her daughterin-law fled away. The informant searched her but there was no trace and thereafter filed this case.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of the case diary, it is submitted that number of witnesses have stated that the wife of the petitioner had left the house on her own as she was having a love affair with some other person and she was not

It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the number of witnesses have stated that she had left the house of the petitioner because she has love affair with some other persons. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Biraul at Benipur, District-Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.Case No.196 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
