The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there was some clash between the parties which was occurred on account of a love affair between the daughter of the informant and son of the present petitioner, which was being opposed by the petitioner and also because the alleged occurrence took place on the spur of the moment on which there appears to be no pre-meditation, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40720 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017.
