2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 105 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed the deceased by electrocution.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and for an accidental case of electrocution, the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2025. He further submits that the petitioner has no role to play in the alleged offence.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18191 of 2026(2) dt.30-03-2026 2/2 and the fact that the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Siwan, Bihar/concerned Court below in connection with Andra P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025.
7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
