Petitioner is aggrieved by his exclusion in the panel prepared in the district of Siwan for appointment against the post of Group (D).

Specific stand of the respondents in the counter affidavit is that one of the basic criteria as per advertisement no. 01/2013-14 was that candidate should have been registered in employment exchange upto 31.03.2013.

Petitioner does not possess this requisite qualification. He was not registered in employment exchange till 31.03.2013, which was cut off date. Petitioner does not deny the averment made in the counter affidavit.

Writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
