20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
There is an allegation against the petitioner that he had taken away the victim girl who was in love with him and had handed over to a lady to who involved her in unlawful acts and activities. These facts have come in the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44638 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 Procedure, which is enclosed as Annexure-2 to the present application.
Under the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
Hence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
