2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner came and started abusing and assaulting the husband of the informant with lathi, danda due to which he sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that both the parties are own gotiya. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

From perusal of the FIR and the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria dated 24.04.2024, it appears that on the basis of written report of the informant Uma Devi, FIR has been lodged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code against five accused persons including the present petitioner. Petitioner is aged about 50 years old and there is no specific allegation in the FIR and has got clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition, so considering all these aspects of the matter, let the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
