The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1) (X) of the S.C./S.T. Act, 1989. It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

This petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 813/2013, who will pass order in view of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar Anr., reported in 2014 (3) P.L.J.R. 314 (S.C.), on the same day.
