The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sour Bazar (Police Camp Pastpar) P.S. Case No.561 of 2017 for the offence under Section 395 I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. He was arrested only on suspicion on the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Mohid. He is in custody since 03.02.2018 yet he has not been put on TIP for his identification in the commission of the crime. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the FIR, he was not put on TIP and he has remained in custody for nearly four months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten
