The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No.99 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On receiving secret informant about loading and unloading of the illicit liquor, the informant along with other police personnel raided and saw that some persons were involved in unloading the liquor in huge quantity from the Truck.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and he has falsely been

However, learned APP for the State vehementally opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No.99 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
