2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 223 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 144, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 354B, 379, 448 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons armed with lathi danda entered into the courtyard of the informant and started assaulting her and her family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that for a trivial dispute, the occurrence took place. Petitioner is not the assailant of the victim. There is no

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/concerned court below in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 223 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
