Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the brother of informant by means of Chapda, as a result of which, he sustained cut injury on his nose.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is general

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14774 of 2020(2) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 and omnibus allegation. Injuries caused to the brother of informant is simple in nature. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
