ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the complainant and the learned counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Yesterday when the matter was called out, nobody had appeared for the petitioner.

It appears that vide order dated 21.1.2015, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre for resolution of disputes between the parties through the process of mediation.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that though the complainant had appeared on all dates before the Mediation Centre, the petitioner did not appear for mediation and after not appearing for two dates, the matter was pursued by his father and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32369 of 2014 (3) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 not the petitioner. It appears also that while sending the matter to the Mediation Centre, this Court had granted an ad interim protection to the petitioner which obviously he has to honour by attending the mediation process.

Considering that even today there is no representation on the part of the petitioner, the order dated 21.01.2015 is recalled. This anticipatory bail application is, thus, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
