The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P. S. Case No. 710 of 2015 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the period undergone by the petitioner in custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Motihari Town P. S. Case No. 710 of 2015.
