For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sudhir Kumar, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Nand Kishor Pd., APP Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 26-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 23.05.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Biharsharif, in Maintenance Case No.29-M of 2012. On the last occasion, parties were directed to appear before the Court to work out a solution in view of their advance age.

In view of conflicting stand of the parties, there is no possibility of any settlement.

Having considered that the Petitioner gets `17,000/- (seventeen thousand) per month by way of pension, in my understanding, `2,000(two thousand) is too little.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32706 of 2014 (4) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 Hence, the amount of `2,000(two thousand) is increased to `3,000/- (three thousand) from the date of the present order.

With the aforesaid modification in the impugned order, the application stands disposed off.

The Court below is directed to take stringent steps to ensure compliance of this Court's order.
