Public Prosecutor for the State.
No doubt, except petitioner no.2, there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and they are said to be simple members of the unlawful assembly but taking note of this fact that informant has sustained grievous injury on his head, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case no. 31/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura stands rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender within four weeks
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24917 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 from today and seek regular bail, the concerned court shall consider regular bail application of the petitioners on its own merit without being prejudiced by this rejection order, particularly, keeping in mind that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injuries in the above stated occurrence. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
