The learned counsel in continuation of statement made on 13.02.2023 and 27.02.2023 submits that she could not file fresh Vakalatnama. The fact is that the learned counsel who was appearing earlier Mr. Arun Kumar is no more and as such a new Vakalatnama is warranted.
It would be appropriate that the petitioner files a fresh petition, if he so wants.
