Petitioner, already in custody since 29.1.2018, seeks bail in Salkhua PS Case No. 10 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 387, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC. Submission is that on trivial issue quarrel took place, the allegation of making demand of extortion from the Chicken Seller is false and fabricated, the injury is simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Pulkit Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM II Saharsa in connection with Salkhua PS Case No. 10 of 2018.
