Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 376(d)/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sessions Trial No.186 of 2019, arising out of Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018.

Report of the trial Judge reveals that the trial is at the verge of conclusion.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail as they are carrying allegation of commission of rape. The prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16049 of 2020(3) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 bail is refused. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
