The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 395 and 397 of the I.P.C.

Allegation is that some unknown persons kidnapped the driver and khalasi of the truck and looted Rs.3000/- cash. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.4..2017. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 2nd, Sheikhpura in connection with Karendey P.S. case No.57 of 2016.
