The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 dated 11.07.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the petitioner has been made accused in two cases of similar nature prior to the lodging of the present case, but in the present case which has been lodged after one month of the petitioner having been spotted by the informant and his son-in-law and that also on the basis of suspicion.
Regard being had to the vague nature of allegation against the petitioner and there being no recovery from him, the petitioner is directed to be
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15557 of 2019(2) dt.15-03-2019 2/2 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
