2. The present writ petition has been filed directing the respondent authorities to accept the petitioner's representation for rejoining with monetary benefits after her Maternity Leave from 01.08.2023 to 31.01.2024 as the petitioner is an employee with effect from 14.12.2021 in view of

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on the post of GNM on 13.12.2021 and was posted at Additional Primary Health Centre, Roh, Nawada. He submits that on 12.07.2023 petitioner has filed an application before respondent No.7 for six months Maternity Leave and the same was approved. Counsel submits that after expiry of Maternity Leave from 01.08.2023 to 31.01.2024, the petitioner has returned and filed her joining before respondent No.7 but his joining has not been accepted till date. He has further filed his request to accept her joining. Subsequently, she filed her representation also. When there is no response at the level of respondent No.2, therefore, she filed the present writ petition.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that on the representation of the petitioner date is not mentioned.

5. In the facts and circumstances, let petitioner is hereby directed to file fresh representation within 30 days and respondent No.2, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Secretary, District Health Committee, Nawada, is hereby directed to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days thereafter.
