The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 399, 402, 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B) A/26/35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that according to the First Information Report the petitioner was arrested with a country made pistol, however, he has no criminal antecedents and is in custody since 10.01.2018. The learned counsel further submits that co-accused Ramayan Sahni has been granted privilege of regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 28418 / 2018 directing his release on completion of six

Learned APP for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein the petitioner is said to have been arrested with a loaded country made pistol but has no criminal antecedents and is in custody since 10.01.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - III, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
