The grievance of the petitioner is that confiscation proceeding has been initiated and show cause notice dated 15th July, 2021 has been received by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that reply to the show cause has already been filed as also application has been filed for interim release of the vehicle. However, the same has not been decided as yet.
