2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):
(i) to direct the Concerned Respondents to issue the Mutation Receipt through Online mode under the name of the Petitioners concerning the land bearing Khata no. 332, Plot no. 2430, Area 4.6875 decimals forthwith.
II. To direct the concerned Respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the Petitionerss on 30-012026
Patna High Court CWJC No.5039 of 2026(3) dt.30-06-2026 2/3 forthwith.
III. To direct the concerned Respondents to protect the peaceful possession of Petitioners on his own registered land in 2026 in the Interest of Justice forthwith.
IV. To grant any other relief or reliefs which the Petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts & circumstances of the case.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he owns a piece of land, details of which is/are recorded in paragraph 4 of the petition and read as under:
Khata no. 332;
Plot no. 2430;
Area 4.6875 decimals;
Thana No. 485;
Tauzi No. 12539, Ragir District- Nalanda
4. The submission is that after purchase of the land in the year 2006, though offline receipt was issued, in the same year, once he submitted an application online, issuance of rent receipt in the year 2024, no step has been taken by the office of the Circle Officer, Rajgir, Nalanda.
5. Learned State Counsel submits that if fresh application is preferred, an appropriate order shall be passed.
6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of
Patna High Court CWJC No.5039 of 2026(3) dt.30-06-2026 3/3 allowing the petitioner to file a fresh online application before the respondent no. 4, the Circle Officer, Rajgir, Nalanda who shall be taking up the matter and doing the needful in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated by the State Government.
7. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
