Since the death took place within four years from the date of marriage, Bishanpur PS Case No. 108 of 2013 was registered against the petitioner alleging offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No. 11 of 2014 in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga. The same was rejected on 10.1.2014. Hence, this application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The allegation against the petitioner is referable to Section 304B IPC. Offence covered by that provision is very serious in nature. Unless a person allegedly committed such offence is arrested, there cannot be any meaningful progress in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31576 of 2014 (4) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 case. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is rejected.
