JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and her husband got the land of the share of the complainant transferred in their favour by getting a sale deed executed by one Pramila Devi who claimed to be the imposter of the original land holder Padma Chaudhary. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the wife of the own brother of the informant and subsequently Padma Chaudhary has filed title suit with regard to sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that

Considering the fact that the accusation has been levelled in the background of basically land dispute, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 351 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
