The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case no. 73 of 2016, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of informant Shankar Das is that before eight years, he performed marriage of his daughter Sonam Devi with Subhash Das and there are two children out of their wedlock, but after some time, his daughter was being tortured for demand of cash of Rs. 50,000/- and due to that reason, she was put on fire and she died in course of treatment.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly the marriage of daughter of the informant was performed with Subhash Das sons of the petitioners before 8 years and there is

No.15531 of 2017 (3) dt.31-07-2017 2/2 two issues out of their wedlock and as such demand of dowry and putting the daughter of informant on fire due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry appears to be quite unreasonable. Further submission is that, in fact, the deceased daughter of the informant sustained burn injury in course of cooking food, while she was rushed for treatment, but she died. Further submission is that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law have no criminal antecedent. The husband of the deceased is in custody since 17.07.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
