1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were aggrieved by the impugned order passed by respondent no. 2 vide memo no. 270 dated 15.02.2019 whereby posting order issued on the basis of seniority- cum- choice of the petitioners on the post of Headmaster contained in memo no. 1757 dated 05-05-2018 at Annexure - 5 has been cancelled.

2. Learned counsel submits that Annexure- 5 has been given effect in 2018 and pursuant to the impugned order posting of the petitioners has not been disturbed. The impugned order has been passed by the authority due to some contempt application bearing MJC No. 4585 / 2018 filed by some teachers before this Court however learned counsel submits that at present petitioners are not being disturbed as such he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to approach this Court if in future some disturbance is created by the authorities in posting of the petitioners.

3. Permission is granted.

4. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
