This is an application for bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 511 of 2016, G.R.No.7393 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act. Allegation as per FIR is that police on information of manufacturing illicit liquor raided the place and accused persons succeeded in fleeing away and Chowkidar and local villagers have named these petitioner and further several articles for manufacturing illicit liquor were recovered, including 70 litres of mahua wine.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and they have been

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

However, once charge has been framed in this case, learned trial court shall release the petitioners on bail to its own satisfaction.
