2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 353, 504 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. They are said to have secured release of one Sanjay Singh from police custody. It is said that the members of the police party when came to arrest Sanjay Singh they were not in proper dress. It is also submitted that antecedent of the petitioners is absolutely clean.
3. Let petitioner surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below whereafter the court below shall
