JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At an earlier occasion prayer for anticipatory bail had already been rejected.Vide order dated 26.3.2015 in connection with Cr.Misc. No.44058 of 2014. Now the prayer has been renewed in the background of the fact that the case has been compromised.

That being so, petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and if so filed, the court below will consider the subsequent development over compromise having been effected among the parties, without

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23518 of 2016 (3) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 being prejudiced by the order.

With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is dismissed.
