The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of torturing the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and the petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the O.P. No. 2. There is no specific allegation of overt act against the petitioners.
Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 7307 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1878-C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
